Taste of Xi'an offers a satisfying taste of Chinese cuisine with a range of dishes for everyone. The Hot Oil Pulled Noodle impressed me with its great texture and an amazing chili oil that added a nice kick. The overall flavor was enjoyable, and I would definitely order it again. The Szechuan Dandan Noodles with ground pork was good but fell short on the depth of flavor I was hoping for. The pork was tasty, but the dish lacked a certain punch that I couldn't quite put my finger on. The Hot Pot, non-spicy, came with a generous serving of ingredients and was satisfying, although the broth didn't have as much flavor I anticipated. If I got this in the future I would get the spicy version. The restaurant offers ample seating inside, and the food arrived promptly, reflecting efficient service. Taste of Xi'an provides a solid option for those seeking authentic Chinese flavors in a comfortable dining environment.

Consistently qq noodles that are always hot and fresh. I always get the soy milk as well as a sweet treat to accompany my noodles. I ordered the hot oil pulled noodles with egg and tomato and the tomato flavor is very strong and delicious. If you like the traditional egg and tomato Chinese dish you'll love this! The egg could be more plentiful but I appreciate every bit of it I can find. I love noodles and rate this a 5/5 for texture, taste, and consistency. My boyfriend got the qishan noodles which he would rate a 4.5/5 but when I grilled him about it he didn't have any complaints, so take that as you will. The place is always clean and even when it's busy I've never had to wait for a spot because there are so many tables available. I also appreciate the on theme decor! (Terracotta soldier statues greet you at the door and there are traditional Chinese windows and some scrolls with calligraphy on the walls.)
